“Writers of Color” panel discussion presented by the Greater Los Angeles Writers Society

What are the special challenges that writers of color face in today’s literary marketplace? How do they get their voices heard beyond the narrow confines of an “ethnic” audience, to become more widely known to a majority readership?

The Greater Los Angeles Writers Society (GLAWS) is please to present a distinguished panel of authors of color in a candid and inspirational discussion of their writing, their careers, and how each hone ahs overcome their own personal challenges to become successful. The panel includes Gary Phillips, Deborah M. Pratt, Naomi Hirahara and Daniel Olivas. No matter what you’re writing, you must attend this important Special Speaker Event.
