Teresa Verduzco was born in Villachuato, Michoacan in Mexico. As a child she immigrated to the United States to reunite with her family. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and children. She is a runner and has several destination marathons under her belt. Teresa works as an elementary school teacher and enjoys sharing her childhood stories with her students.
Gloria Felix is a Mexican illustrator born and raised in Uruapan, Michoacán. Her most favorite thing in the world is visiting different places in Michoacán with her parents and trying out the traditional food, like churipo, corundas and carnitas. After studying animation and digital art in Guadalajara she moved to California to start her career as a visual development artist. She currently works as a kidlit illustrator and background painter for animation.
